About Horse Movie Reviews
As a homeschool mother, I monitored pretty carefully what my children read and watched as they were growing up. I have not owned a TV for the past 15 years, however we do enjoy selected movies and have a fairly extensive collection of mostly Christian videos and dvd's.
As a horse lover and owner, I am always on the lookout for good horse movies. The reviews on this site are from a conservative Christian perspective. My criteria is not the same as many movie reviewers. While acting and technical quality are important, they are not the most important factors in my ratings. I'm evaluating the movies on their "family-friendliness" and realistic portrayal of interactions with horses.
I want to make people aware of content in the movies that might be considered objectionable and allow you to make a more informed choice as to what you, or your children, watch. You may agree or disagree with my ratings - I encourage you to leave comments and give your opinions about the movies.
