Horse Movie Reviews FAQ's
How do I get back to the movie list?
Click either the Reviews link at the top of the page or the Horse Movie Reviews logo in the top, left corner.
Can I suggest a movie?
Our plans are to review every horse movie we can locate, as time permits, but if you know of one you think we aren't aware of, use the Contact Form to send us a message.
I click the Search button, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
You need to enter information in one or more of the search fields first. Then click the search button. You can search on movie title, MPAA rating and Studio.

How can I sort the movie listing?
Initially the movies are sorted by movie title. Click any of the column headers that are links in order to sort by that column. To see the most recently added reviews, click the Added column. The first click on the Added column will sort in order from earliest to latest added. So in order to get the most recently added at the top, you need to click it a second time, after it finishes the first sort.
You can use the Sort columns, for example to easily view all the Disney movies, view all the G rated movies, etc. as those will all be displayed together if you sort on that column.
Can I rate a movie?
Yes, just click from 1 to 5 stars in the visitor rating field. You can vote more than once for each movie, but only your most recent vote for that movie is counted in the average, so voting multiple times for a movie doesn't accomplish anything.
What is the Equine Realism rating?
I don't know if it's just that I know horses well or whether this is done with other types of movies also, but I find it annoying and distracting when people do things with horses in movies that would not be possible or are incredibly dangerous in real life. A great example is the Rogue Stallion where a young girl jumps on a wild stallion's back, without saddle or bridle, and rides him to get help. No way, that's going to happen in real life. Or the new version of Flicka, where the girl repeatedly does things with a wild Mustang that would quite easily get her killed.
