I feel bad rating this movie so low. It's a very clean movie, family friendly, but there wasn't much of a story line to it. You don't become involved in the story and the outcome is rather predictable.
However, if you like dressage, you might want to give this one a try. After all, how many movies are there that focus on dressage?
Leslie Graham, a young dressage rider, is grounded when her horse suffers a sudden, mysterious injury that results in him not being able to be ridden again. Businessman, Derek Conrad, wants to sell a tempermental Grand Prix dressage horse, Torka, but no one wants to buy him.
Conrad's daughter and a trainer, Elliott, believe Torka can be Olympic material if he's just given another chance. Leslie ends up riding Torka and qualifying for the Canadian Olympic team.
Torka at times looks like a black horse. At other times he's definitely a bay.
